What do we do?
Our centres provide constant supervision in an exceptionally caring environment through fully-trained, knowledgeable and compassionate staff. They can support with medication requirements, monitor food and fluid intake, carry out risk enablement assessments, and book appointments.
Our activities are based on whatever each individual would like to do and achieve with a wide range available including craft and art work, beauty therapy, gardening, cooking, golf putting, bowls, dancing and singing. The huge variety of sessions and games, provide mental stimulation while exercise sessions provide physical stimulation.
VIP Day Centre is going from strength to strength. Feedback from our members and their families shows the vital role we play in improving their quality of life. Our work has been recognised with awards from the International Dementia Awards, National Dementia Awards, Great British Care Awards and Winners of the Best Dementia Day Centre 2020 in the Midlands from the health and pharmaceutical society.
Natalie holds a Level 5 in both Health and Social Care and Business Management. Natalie is also a member of the local Dementia Action Alliance and is a regular judge at the Great British Care Awards.

Our Director Natalie had been working in various care settings over the course of 14 years, supporting people living with dementia, sensory impairments, and disabilities, when a family member became ill with dementia.
Her grandmother needed 24-hour support but did not want to go into residential care and Natalie realised that there was very little affordable support in the area to enable her grandmother to remain at home. Although paying for domiciliary care ensured her grandmother was safe and well, she would still be left socially isolated from her friends and her community.
With knowledge from her own personal experience, Natalie became convinced that there was a much-needed call for more support in the area for people living with dementia and their families.

VIP Day Centre has been open for six years and expanded into two locations.
Our centres value individual people and offer as much support as they need to take part in activities of choice that will improve their quality of life and ensure a positive and fulfilling experience.
We ensure our care is personalised to the needs of the individual through person-centred care plans and that individuals are at the heart of the decision-making process.
Working with local services and agencies to support people in an holistic way. We are dedicated to promoting the independence, well-being, dignity and peace of mind of all service users.

Following your initial training and support VIP has a dedicated Franchise Manager, who will work closely with you from your initial start-up and throughout your first year in the running of your business to act as your mentor, sounding board and business coach!
We will support you with:
- Continual development and updating of policies, procedures and systems to reflect lessons learnt and our understanding of best practice
- Ongoing workshops with experts
- Support with Award nominations to promote our brand awareness
- Regular reviews to help you become as successful as possible
- Continuous development of our sales and marketing systems
- Ready access to all your business supplies
- CRM system with every document, risk assessment, policy and procedure you will need to run your business
Financials
- Investment of between £39,000-£54,000 which includes working capital and the franchise fee
- Franchise Fee is £30,000 (ex. VAT)
- Royalty fee of 7% (ex. VAT)
- 2% Marketing levy
- 5% Management Fee
The potential exists to significantly increase revenues.
Although we are unable to guarantee any level of financial achievement, as individual franchisee performance will have a significant influence on the success of the franchise, we will work with you to develop a detailed business model for your chosen franchise area.
Financial support:
- This franchise will be applicable for a personal loan for business purposes
- Successful applicants receive 12 months of free mentoring and exclusive business offers to help them succeed
- All owners or partners in a business can individually apply for up to £25,000 each, with a maximum of £100,000 available per business
- We work with accredited brokers who in turn liaise with the banks who will calculate how much money you may be able to borrow.
Territories
The franchise network works on the basis of clusters of areas. This allows us to group and intensify the support we provide, which in turn enables our franchisees to achieve better economies of scale.
We are currently actively seeking franchisees - either existing businesses or cold starts - nationwide.
